Thanksgiving

Well the day came and went way too fast. I did not get to spend it with Cayden and Carson which was very difficult. I was very sad to not be with my boys. :( We went to Grandma and Grandpa Moores in Clarion. Davis got lots and lots of attention. Everyone was amazed at how good he is. Never cries and just smiling all the time. Tom's cousin Maria got him giggling, it was really cute. The boys mostly hung out in the garage and played cards. We played apples to appled inside and I am proud to say that I won one match out of two!! :)
Friday Davis and I went shopping for some good deals, I got a couple good buys but for the most part it was just too difficult to get in and out of the aisles with a cart. Friday night we took Davis over to Grandpa Dean's and Andrea and Laura babysat Davis for us while we went to a couples shower. We decided that it would be easier for them to keep him all night so that way no one was driving in the middle of the night back home. We went and hung out with Worm and Ueltschy after the shower.
Saturday consisted of me sleeping half the day and hanging out in the basement the rest of the day as I was very very hung over. I dont want to drink for a very long time!!!!
Shelle and Jeff are doing pretty well from what I can tell via text messages. The funeral is today, I pray that everyone can stay strong and help support Jess as well as say their own goodbyes and feel like they got some closure.
My mom...didnt see her all weekend again...Larry takes up all her time like usual. I am starting to get so upset by the fact that she comes to see Davis like maybe once a week and only for a couple minutes. What happened to Grandparents actually being Grandparents and supporting and encouraing their children to be good parents themselves. I dont know maybe I am just being selfish but I just feel so sad that my children dont really get that kind of care that only a Grandparents can give. I shouldnt say that because Cayden and Carson have Paul and Deb who are wonderful with them. Maybe my mom will come around and realize she is pushing her family away for a man. I really hope so.
Yesterday Tom went to the store and got stuff to make a roast...it ended up being really good!! Yummy plus when I dont have to cook it always seems like it tastes better!! I got some movies at Blockbuster, actually TV series, I got Weeds which we love, but of course I got one that we had already seen. Then I got The Wire which was really dumb, we watched like 10 minutes and turned it off. So there goes $8 for nothing. Makes me mad!! I get Cayden and Carson back tonight...I am so happy I miss those boys soooooo much the weeks they are with their dad.
I need to get started with some work here, so long for now!!
